Different Kinds of Our Kids Sportswear
The quick-drying fabric uses polyester yarn with an irregular cross-section, and its function retention rate is ≥ 85% after 30 washes; the elastic fabric is printed with elastic plastical screen printing, which does not crack when stretched.
Our athletic shorts feature four-needle, six-thread straight stitching on all inner and outer leg seams to prevent chafing. The elastic waistband has an internal silicone anti-slip strip, and reflective strips on the sides ensure safety during morning and evening runs.
Our sports jacket fabric has a 30% higher coil density than regular sweatshirts, and the inner lining is brushed for warmth. It weighs less than 60% of a woven jacket. The zipper pull and base are reinforced with double stitching.

We use 190-220gsm nylon elastic fabric, which is treated with chlorine-resistant water and undergoes a finishing process after dyeing. Each shipment is accompanied by a UPF test report and a report on color fastness to chlorine water.
Breathable mesh fabric, stitched with four needles and six threads using a plain stitch through large holes without skipping stitches; heat-transfer printed letters will not curl up after 20 washes.
Sportswear That Won't Have the Crotch Seams Come Undone
All athletic bottoms feature a four-thread overlock stitch (one extra reinforcing thread compared to three-thread stitching) at the crotch, plus a bar tack knot at the stress point (the machine sews three dense stitches back and forth at the stress concentration point). The seam strength is ≥ 200N, equivalent to a 20kg tensile force. Before each batch is shipped, five pieces are randomly selected for a 10kg tensile force test for 3 seconds, repeated 10 times. No need to worry about clothes tearing when children are exercising.
Elastic Leggings That Won't Bulge at the Knees
The nylon-spandex elastic fabric uses a formula with a spandex content of ≥20% (75/25), and the spandex yarn is fatigue-resistant (with a fatigue life retention rate of ≥90% after 500 stretches). A low-temperature dyeing process is used during dyeing to protect the spandex properties. Each batch undergoes an elasticity recovery rate test before shipment—the recovery rate is measured after 50% stretching for 5 cycles; ≥90% is acceptable. A retest is performed after 30 washes; ≥85% is acceptable. No bumps or bulges will appear after exercise.
Prints Without Color Difference
Before each batch of sublimation printing, an A4 color swatch is pre-confirmed—a color swatch is printed using the same batch of sublimation paper, ink, and fabric as the bulk order. You confirm the colors before processing the entire batch. Hot-pressing parameters (temperature 200°C ± 5°C / pressure 0.3MPa / time 30 seconds) are fixed and recorded for batch traceability. Color difference control: ΔE ≤ 2.0 (stricter than ordinary printing because sublimation is more sensitive to color differences). The color of the goods you receive is guaranteed to be consistent.

No. All our sportswear fabrics have an acid perspiration colorfastness rating of ≥ 4 (ISO 105-E04). Black, dark blue, royal blue, and bright red receive an additional color-fixing treatment. You can also have them retested by a third party yourself.
Of course! We are an OEM/ODM factory that accepts your designs and samples. You provide us with your design (AI/PDF/hand-drawn), a sample garment, or a text description plus reference brand images. We handle the selection of functional fabrics, pattern making, sampling, finishing, functional testing, and shipping. You can make 2-3 revisions during the sampling stage, and mass production will begin after confirmation.
