Around 7 days for standard fabrics on reorders. Special fabrics take longer to source — we’ll always confirm an exact date in writing before you place the order.
We begin quality control from the moment the fabric arrives at the warehouse. Only after the fabric passes inspection can it be cut. We conduct online checks during the sewing process and perform a final inspection before packaging to ensure that the quality meets the AQL 1.5 standard.
Sea or air freight, on EXW, FOB, or DDP terms. We handle the export documents,, so your goods can arrive at your door with zero customs hassle.
We make it right. If goods don’t match the approved sample or our agreed standard, we rework or replace them — fixing the problem beats losing a long-term partner.
