Different Kinds of Our Kids Shorts
We use elastic and unidirectional moisture-wicking fabrics, combined with flat sewing technology, to meet the dual standards of children’s long-term outdoor sports and campus physical education classes.
Classic French Terry Sweat Shorts have a smooth plain outer layer and a circular fleece inner layer. Wide waist elastic band+inner drawstring, suitable for both daily home and outdoor use.
We can use unidirectional moisture-wicking mesh fabric, pearl cloth, or combed cotton heavy-duty knitting, combined with side jacquard stripe splicing, oversize pattern, which is very in line with the trend of “street basketball style”.
We use the texture of the fabric itself to create a crisp and extremely soft feel. The design of the drawstring high waist, slanted side pockets, and back patch pocket is a basic, versatile item for daily campus use.
We use double-sided knitting to make the shorts look as hard as work pants from a distance, and also have the softness and elasticity of knitted pants when worn.
We use a high-elasticity spandex blend knit (nylon base+15% spandex), with an inner triangular crotch piece to eliminate cross-stitch heads and four-way elasticity UPF60+. High waist and wide elastic waistband, which can add side leg reflective strips.
Ultra-light and fast-dry knitting (micro mesh structure, polyester+spandex) can be folded and stuffed into the built-in storage bag. The drying time is about 25 minutes. It is an ideal item for you to hike streams, go to the beach, and camp.
Our Professional Method for Enhancing the Durability of Kids’ Shorts
We conducted additional Martindale abrasion tests on the back area of the fabric with a focus on the hip and back thigh areas, reinforced with high-elasticity waistbands and pockets, while enhancing the durability of the pants.

Our three-layer control system:
- Fabric procurement: All shorts fabrics require Martindale pilling test ≥ 3-4 levels (ISO 12945-2), and batches that do not meet the standards will be returned in bulk.
- Special treatment for pilling tendency categories: anti-pilling finish is applied to fleece fabrics before sewing, while pure cotton fabrics are treated with silk or biological enzymes to remove surface short hair feathers.
- Finished product simulation test: Each new product undergoes 30 simulated home washing tests before mass production, tracking the change curve of pilling level.
