After each batch of fabric arrives at the factory, it is sampled and inspected quickly to confirm compliance before entering the warehouse for production.
After the fabric arrives at the factory, it undergoes steam per shrinkage (shrinkage rate ≤ 3%, better than the national standard of 5%). This is the secret to our jacket’s shape not collapsing after 30 washes. Needle spacing visualization: 12 needles per inch, visually neat. The natural undulations on the surface of the yarn create a texture that has visual layers without the need for printing. The fabric is extremely lightweight, suitable for carrying with you during summer travel.
The fabric adopts the hollow weaving process (Pointelle Stitch), with over 200 breathable micropores per square centimeter. This jacket combines sun protection and ventilation functions, making it perfect for outdoor activities in spring and summer.

Zero Formaldehyde, Zero Fluorescent Agents
Most children’s clothing brands’ “safety certifications” only test finished products. However, our procurement agreements with all fabric suppliers clearly stipulate three red lines: prohibition of formaldehyde-containing color-fixing agents, prohibition of fluorescent whitening agents, and prohibition of azo dyes. Before shipment, SGS issues OEKO-TEX + CPSIA dual-certification test reports for each batch.
Warmth Doesn't Need a Coating—the Weave Structure Itself Achieves the Same Effect.
By adjusting the weave density, fiber nap thickness, and the number of micropores between the yarns, we enable the fabric to simultaneously “block cold air from entering” and “wick away moisture from the skin.”
