We achieve a close-fitting yet comfortable fit for children’s base layers by adjusting the yarn density and weave. This balances the fabric’s thickness with the comfort of wearing it.

After the first batch of production is completed, we record the production parameters to ensure consistency in subsequent production of the same style. Electronic records replace manual parameter recording, improving production efficiency and helping you speed up the reorder production of basic kidswear.
The Sizes Are the Same for Each Batch
Our factory uses CAD digital patterns, so there are no issues with pattern distortion; the accuracy of the automatic cutting machine is ±1mm, and the number of fabric layers is fixed; the sewing allowance is standardized and written into the process sheet, with the allowance for shoulder point/armhole/neckline all quantified. During the bulk inspection, each piece is measured for chest circumference/length/sleeve length/shoulder width, and any deviation exceeding ±0.5cm will result in rejection. This ensures that you receive basic children’s clothing of the same size with minimal size variation.
The Stitches Are Straight, and Every Stitch Is Visible
Neckline template sewing, roundness tolerance ≤ 2mm; shoulder seam alignment, deviation ≤ 1mm; hem double-needle hem, width tolerance ≤ 0.5mm; side seam verticality, ≤ 1mm/10cm. Each piece is inspected during bulk production; any defective pieces are reworked or scrapped. The “high-end feel” of the basic style comes from the precision of every stitch.

Shrinkage rate ≤ 5%. Each batch of fabric undergoes pre-shrinkage treatment before leaving the factory, and each bulk order undergoes 3 water-washing shrinkage tests. Only batches with an average shrinkage of ≤ 5% after the 3 tests are shipped. A product labeled 140 will remain 140 after washing.
