The Size Remains Consistent After Multiple Washes
Fleece fabrics have a higher shrinkage rate than plain weave fabrics. Without pre-shrinking treatment, fleece garments will shrink by 8%–12% after one wash. We pre-shrink all fabrics after purchasing them and before cutting. After pre-shrinking, we conduct three wash tests to confirm a shrinkage rate of ≤ 5% before cutting. After the bulk production is completed, we randomly select 5 garments from each batch for three wash tests.
Stitching Without Rubbing The Skin
Velvet fabrics are too thick, and if the stitching is not handled properly, the seams may bulge, grinding the neck, armpits, and waist when worn by children. We use methods such as sewing with the seam facing outward, without sticking to the skin, sewing with large needle spacing, flattening the seam position, and wrapping the edges of the close-fitting area to ensure the comfort of children wearing.
Clothes of the Same Color, Front and Back
The issue of hair orientation is unique to velvet fabrics, with different colors between the straight and reverse hair textures. If the front and back pieces are cut in opposite directions, the finished garment will appear in two colors under light. Before cutting, we use arrow stickers to mark the direction of the hair on the cutting bed; Smooth and astringent tactile sensation for detecting hair direction; Align the hair direction during sewing; After the garment is finished, perform a final inspection of the hair direction: visual inspection under a standard light source. The error rate of inconsistent direction in the four checkpoints is controlled at<0.1%.

No. We conduct 10 water washing tests before leaving the factory to confirm that there is no delamination or foaming. If you find delamination during the water washing test after receiving the goods, the batch will be fully returned or exchanged.
Starting from 300 pieces of regular colored fleece/looped fabric and 500 pieces of composite fleece. Free mixing of colors/sizes, no mandatory minimum order for single color and single size. 500 small orders go through the fast reverse line, 50000 large orders go through the main production line, and the same production line standard – there is no “small order deception”.
Direct selection takes 7 days for sample production; fine adjustment takes 10 days, including 15 days for customized/composite fabrics. Sample clothing is not free, but the sample fee will be refunded after placing the bulk order.
