Hoodies are the core category of street fashion. We use an automatic cutting machine to position the cutting edge and stitch the neckline to control the symmetrical deviation of the shoulder line to ≤ 3mm. Kangaroo pockets use seamless pressure glue technology to avoid wrinkling.
All fabrics used for splicing are dyed and processed synchronously in the same batch and undergo AATCC 61 cross-color fastness testing before leaving the factory to ensure that dark colors are not dyed to light colors.
The printed pattern on streetwear T-shirts is the selling point. We can provide 8 printing techniques. Please indicate the effect requirements on your design draft, and we will match the suitable technique.
Work pants have multiple patch pockets. We reinforce the bar stack with 3 lines, so each pocket is three-dimensional shaped, load-bearing without collapsing. The three-dimensional cutting of the pocket is sewn with a template.
Our sports suit can use side seam contrasting webbing and asymmetrical webbing on the left and right sleeves for more visual tension. Side seam 3M reflective webbing, matte during the day/glowing at night, functional aesthetics.
Tie-dyeing is a purely handmade process. To ensure that there is not much difference between batches, the dye concentration is quantified, and after fixing the color, it is washed independently without dyeing other clothes.
Repeatedly Washing and Printing Without Cracking
Before shipping all prints, conduct 3M tape testing (no powder falling off during adhesion) and water washing testing (no peeling off after 5 home washes). We have specialized formulas and process parameter libraries for special processes such as foam printing, crack printing, and discharge printing, which have been validated through hundreds of batches of bulk production.
The Contrasting Ribbon Does Not Fade, or Peel Off After Washing
All woven straps are made of 100% dense woven polyester straps, with a color fastness of ≥ 4 levels. Before storage, random inspection and washing are carried out; the woven tape is embedded and sewn, and double-needle sewing is used to ensure that it does not fall off.
The Bulk Order Is the Same as the Confirmed Sample
We will record and keep all the fabric information of the confirmed samples on file. Compare the bulk fabric with the confirmed sample fabric when it enters the factory. Before bulk shipment, 10% of the samples will be randomly inspected and compared with the confirmed samples. You can request a re-inspection at any time.

Of course. We are an OEM/ODM factory that provides pictures and samples. You can provide us with design drawings or text descriptions and reference brand images, and we will be responsible for converting them into production process sheets and making samples.
Okay. We support you or your order coordinator in coming to the factory, and we provide accompaniment and on-site translation. Inspection can be carried out during the mid-stage of mass production or the final stage before shipment. Or you can entrust a third party such as SGS/ITS/BV to come to the factory for inspection, and we will cooperate to provide all testing conditions and documents.
